Ordering and Payments
- To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
- We collect only the inventory booking amount through our website. The remaining payment for the order will be collected offline or through a mutually agreed payment method.
Delivery and Shipping
- We strive to process and load orders in a timely manner. However, loading times may vary depending on the availability of inventory and scheduling arrangements.
- Any loading dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or damages that may occur during the loading process.
- The customer is responsible for arranging their own transportation and providing a suitable truck or vehicle for loading the purchased goods at our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated during the checkout process. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer prior to the scheduled loading date.
Limitation of Liability
- Lotz Liquidation Company shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
